Interesting thought

I just had an interesting thought, at least I think so. Would it be illegal to draw a gun in public and order everyone to continue going about their business as usual? I mean you are not stealing anything and you are not hurting anyone. You are just wielding a gun in the presence of a lot of people. But then again that can seem threatening.
